1. What you're buying
A personal, non-transferable licence to use the practice question bank you purchase, for your own exam revision. One purchase covers one person. Team and training licences are available on request.
2. What you may not do
You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce or publish the questions — in full or in part — in any form. The banks are copyright works. Sharing your access with colleagues or uploading questions to file-sharing or "brain dump" sites ends the licence.
3. Refunds
If the bank isn't what you expected, emailteam@sixsigmapracticeexams.comwithin 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. If you find an error in a question, tell us — corrections ship free to all buyers.
4. Honest-use disclaimer
Our banks are revision and self-test tools. They are not certification and confer no qualification. Passing our practice exams does not guarantee passing any external exam — they are written to mirror the style, scope and difficulty of common Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt papers, but we are not affiliated with IASSC, ASQ, CSSC or any certifying body.
5. Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to the site or banks is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.
